About This Role
Lead the development of our next-generation web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Responsibilities
- •Architect and build complex UI components using React and TypeScript
- •Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- •Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
- •Optimize application performance and Core Web Vitals
- •Contribute to technical documentation and engineering standards
Requirements
- •5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- •Expert-level React and TypeScript skills
- •Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
- •Strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
- •Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- •Experience with design systems and component libraries
- •Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- •Open source contributions
