Using the detailed hiring brief from discovery, we source candidates through multiple channels: our internal talent database, LinkedIn sourcing, passive candidate outreach, referrals, and targeted industry searches. We focus on quality matches rather than volume.

Screening & Shortlisting

Every candidate undergoes recruiter-led screening. We evaluate communication skills, experience relevance, role fit, and preliminary technical alignment. Only candidates who meet your specific criteria make it to your shortlist.

Interview Coordination

We manage scheduling and logistics between your team and candidates. This includes coordinating time zones, sending calendar invitations, managing communication, and handling reminders and follow-ups.

Client Interview Process

The typical interview flow includes: a recruiter screening call by HiringWays, an introduction and alignment meeting, technical interviews conducted by your team (online or onsite), and optional additional rounds or management interviews as needed.

Offer & Negotiation Support

Once you've selected a candidate, share the offer with us. We manage communication with the candidate, support expectations alignment, and facilitate negotiations professionally. Our goal is a smooth, fast close.

Joining & Replacement Assurance

We follow up through the notice period and onboarding phase. If the placed candidate leaves within one month of joining, we provide a replacement at no additional cost.
