- •Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
- •Ensure team delivery and code quality standards
Requirements
- •7+ years of software engineering experience
- •2+ years of engineering management experience
- •Strong technical background in web technologies
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills
- •Experience with agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- •Experience scaling teams during rapid growth
- •Track record of building high-performing teams
- •Experience with distributed/remote teams
